What happens after I purchased a product from your store?
If your payment is successful, you will receive two emails from us -- order confirmation and download emails. The download email will contain a unique link for you to download the product you purchased. Please allow up to 15 minutes after your payment has been processed for the download email to arrive. If it hasn't come through by then, please check your Junk email folder, and it's if still not there, please send us an email. We'll contact you back within 24 hours, if not faster in most cases. Each download link is good for one download attempt. Please make sure you're downloading the file to your laptop or computer, not your mobile phone.
How come the download file is a zip file?
Every product purchased on Dreamy Presets comes with a Term of Use agreement along with an installation guide, and other related files depending on the product. The zip file allows us to conveniently package all the related files into one file. If you are using on MAC or PC, to access the files inside the zip file, simply double-click on it. If you're not able to unzip the file, you may need to download WINRAR if you're running Windows.

How do I install presets bought from Dreamy Presets?
The zip file you download after you purchase contains the presets files along with installation instructions. Please make sure you have the proper software to unzip the file. The instructions can be found here on your blog also.
What if I lost my presets?
Every purchase comes with one download attempt. Please make sure you backup your preset files after you've downloaded them either to a flash drive or online storage in case you need to reinstall them in the future.
How come my photo looks noisy and too sharp when I apply your presets?
Our presets are optimized high-resolution unedited JPG files from a DSLR camera. If your photos were taken with a mobile phone and are low-resolution, they may look overly sharp with our presets. You can easily fix this by lowering the Sharpening and/or Clarity settings in Lightroom.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital files, we are unable to provide a refund. If you have questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can you show me how to tweak the presets to work with my photos?

Can I share my presets with someone else?
No. Our Dreamy Preset products are copyrighted. The license you buy is a single purchaser license. It license does not extend to companies or partnerships and may not be resold (whole or modified, reversed-engineered), loaned, and/or gifted to another individual and/or party.
Can I purchase your presets and share them with my colleagues or business partners if they are used for business purposes? No. As we stated above, we only sell single-user licenses. Your business partners and colleagues will need to purchase their own licenses to use our products.
Can I include your presets as prizes in a giveaway I'm hosting?
No. We currently do not allow our products to be used in any giveaways that are not hosted by us.
Can you apply a promo code after purchase?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply promo code retroactively on past purchases.
